Policies
- Reservations:
- Rates are based on two-person occupancy.
- Full payment is due at time of booking
- You will receive a confirmation from Bingham Hall via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours please contact us.
- We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.
- Rates are subject to state and city taxes.
- A two-night minimum will occur on Festival and Special Event weekends.
- Refunds and Cancellations:
- A full refund if you cancel 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- If you should cancel within 10 days of your scheduled arrival and if we can rebook your room, you will receive a gift certificate of your deposit for a future stay.
- Festival and Special Event are non-refundable.
- All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Check-in: 4-6 P.M. Late arrivals are not a problem; just let us know when you will be arriving.
- In respect for others, we have a no pet policy.
- Corporate Rates: Available Monday through Thursday for our business travelers 25% off any room will include a continental breakfast or $10 more for a full breakfast.
